The most requested process of Carpet Cleaning is deep steam cleaning. Deep steam cleaning is the use of water and carpet cleaning solution to flush out all cleaning agents and dirt from the root of your carpets. We use a 4 step process to remove common household allergens from your carpets.

• 2. Pre-spray of non toxic carpet cleaning solution into carpets fibres
• 3. Agitation of difficult spots & stains with the use of fibre agitation tool
• 4. Carpet Extraction which removes dirt, grease an bacteria from the carpets

* All carpets are left damp and not wet, leaving a 3 to 4 hour complete drying time. In order to speed up the drying time you can open a window, turn the heat on in your home or use an air mover or blower for a quick drying time.

Carpet Dry Cleaning

The second most requested process of Carpet Cleaning is Dry cleaning. To remove dirt, stains and allergens from your carpets, we use a carpet compound power mixed with a small amount of water, along with the use of a floor scrubber.

• 1. Removal of light furniture from carpets such as Sofa Chairs, Love seats, Dining Room Chairs (Small Furniture pieces)
• 2. Apply carpet chemical onto carpeted area
• 3. Using a low speed floor machine and carpet bonnet pad, we scrub the carpeted area of floor removing all dirt and moisture from the carpets with a spray and buff procedure.
• 4. Agitation of difficult spots & stains into carpets with the use of a finer agitation tool

• 4. We then dry the blinds with the use of microfibre cloth. We clean each slat from top to bottom with the use of a 4 to 6 foot ladder if needed

Grout Color Sealing

Grout Color Sealing is an option to having a clean grout surface without having to replace old and dirty grout. Color sealing prevents discoloration and makes your grout stain proof and waterproof. There are 4 steps to color sealing:

• First the floors are professionally cleaned using an alkaline cleaner that penetrates deep into the grout lines and loosens all dirt
• Once the floors are cleaned we dry the tiles and grout lines with air blowers
• After the floors are completely dried, we apply the color seal to the floors using a color applicator
• We then use a damp cloth and wipe up any excess color seal from the tiles.

Tile Re-grouting

Re-grouting is done by using either an oscillating tool or a grout saw to remove old dirty or damaged grout and replacing it with new mold resistant grout. These are the 4 steps we use to regrout:

• First we remove old grout and caulking from around the tiles
• We mix new grout with a little water to prepare for re-grouting
• After 10 to 15 minutes we remove excess grout from the tiles with a sponge, let it dry then remove any grout haze from the floor.
